Having started in 2014, we are one of the fastest growing tuitions around Berkshire with a very credible name and exceptional results over the last 7 years to back us. This is due to our excellent staff, underlying framework, no-nonsense approach, passion, commitment and dedication that we have for the success of every single child that approaches us.

We have designed a framework that will help you understand exactly what needs to be done at each stage of the preparation. Our very popular mock exams are graded, of excellent standard with varied content and provide detailed reports highlighting the focus areas along with peer comparison that help you focus on areas that need attention in the run up to the exams. We are very proud of the consistent results that we have achieved over the years and the number of successful students who have gained places at the Reading school, Kendrick, Slough Grammar Schools, Queen Elizabeth, The Henrietta Barnett to name a few, along with a number of independent schools.

All our long-term courses cover English, Maths, Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning and Creative Writing (Optional Add-on for Year 5).

About XLEducation

We are one of the fastest growing tuitions in Berkshire. We provide expert 11+, tuition (Years 2 to 11), 11+ mock exams and publications. Our coaching is tailored for children aiming to take the 11+ Common Entrance Exam (including Kendrick, Reading School and Slough Grammar Schools) and all the independent schools in Berkshire and nearby counties. We have had exceptional results over the last 2 years with over 80% pass rate over the last 5 years. We provide intensive and extensive training to students in Mathematics, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning in preparation for the new CEM style 11+ exam. We are committed to give your child the highest quality training. Our courses have been tried, tested and improved over the years. These expert designed courses will instil confidence in your child to comfortably take the 11+ competitive exams and succeed.

Having started in 2014 with very few students, we are now one of the fastest growing tuition centres in Berkshire. This is due to our passion, commitment and dedication that we have for the success of every single child that approaches us. We have courses to cater for every student in Year 2, all the way to Year 11:

Year 2 – KS1 SATs
Year 3 to 5 – 11+ coaching
Year 6 – KS2 SATs
Year 7 to 9 – Pre-GCSE tuition
Year 10 to 11 – GCSE tuition

Of course, all of these courses are tailored towards specific exams that children want to work towards but they will be useful for anyone who seeks to improve and achieve their best. This is due to the holistic nature of our tuitions given by our highly trained and experienced teachers.

Our Ethos

We believe that every child has a right to access the help needed to enter reputable schools, as this will impact how their future blossoms. Our programme is structured to allow your child to enjoy learning while capturing the key skills required for their future All children have hidden potential within them and our teachers and supporting staff pay individual attention to the children and tailor the training to suit the background of the student and help them to realize this potential. Regular feedback is given to the children’s parents so that they can know how XLent their child is.

Corporate Social Responsibility

At XLEducation we believe that the organisation and its employees should work together to give back to society. XLEducation is a supporter for Manavata, a charitable organisation that runs social initiatives in health, education, environment and humanitarian aid worldwide. Its mission is to create and promote a Healthy, Happy and Harmonious (3H) world and improve quality of life. Apart from implementing initiatives of its own, Manavata provides a platform for individuals and organisations to take the initiatives forward. Manavata has over 8000 volunteers (and growing), 57 chapters in 10 countries and registered charity status in India, UK and USA. Manavata’s relentless work over the past two decades has been awarded with a special consultative status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in 2012.
